Adoption and Rescue - COMING SOON -We encourage you to consider adopting a bird in need of a good home. Sadly, there are more and more parrots in Thoughts on Rescue of rescue and adoption. If you are looking for a bird, please adopt, or patronize only quality breeders and bird specialty shops. Avoid chain pet stores as they receive their birds from production breeders and often do not provide quality care to their "products".

Submit a Question to the PBIC staff. This questions are answered as time permits only. Often we will refer you to an in-depth article that addresses your question. Please do not submit a question if you think your parrot is ill—please contact a veterinarian.
