Consultations are $150.00 and are by appointment. The initial phone conversation usually lasts about an hour and Sally will ask you questions for at least the first half of the consultation to determine your knowledge level and the basis for the problems you are having with your parrot. She will then advise you about ways to work with your bird that are appropriate for your situation.  There will be at least one follow-up call for a progress report and additional suggestions.
